They call me and schedule the appointment and tell me that they are going to be here, regardless of whether I can be here or not. So that means they can never get in the house to inspect. They can only go outside. I am fine with them and we have had them for 30 years. When I have been here their service is fine, but I am never here. They come and either you have to reschedule it or they just do the outside because I am not here, most of the time. Their responsiveness has been fine. I think their professionalism has been good when I talk to them. I don't interact with them.

The service went fine. The contract had been passed onto them from Sears, and we have been in this house for 38 years and they came with the house, so we have the yearly inspection for termites. They were very good about waiting until I needed it done. I think the price is a little high, but what they tell me is that if they find termites, it won't cost me anything. I have done it for so many years so I am not going to stop now. We started with about $100 a year, and now it is $350 a year. The quality is good, we haven't had termites. They have always been very good about responding. They give me an estimate time, but they are usually here on time.

The service was fine. They did what they said they were going to do. I can't give any complaints about the job. It was in my attic above my garage. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. They were pretty quick to act. I would use them in the future.

I do not go under the house so I had to believe them that there was a fungus growing in my crawl. I trust they were being honest and not taking advantage of a widow. They came when scheduled.. I have no way of knowing if the job was done properly.

We have them come out monthly to treat for general pests. They were good! We are satisfied with their service and everything they have done. They are here when they are supposed to be. They have changed service guys though the years and some have been better than others, but we've never had a bad experience with them. In between the appointments, if we see something that needs to be taken care of, they will come out at no charge.

I am satisfied with them. The contract requires them to repair any damage done from the termites while Terminix is treating my home. I did have some damage that was undetected but I don’t blame them. My crawl space has an insulation that kept the damage from being noticed until it had damaged so much they came up into the window sill. They repaired everything and allowed me to use the contractor I wanted. They did a good job!

Recently, I had fleas in the house and I had tried a bunch of different products but nothing worked. They got rid of them in one full swoop. They did a really good job. I used to have termites and they treated for them. I haven't had termites since they treated. They installed a bait system around the house exterior. They installed 21 bait boxes, and they come out to check them. If the termites have eaten the wood in the bait box, they will put a chemical in that the termites eat and take back to their colony. It ends up killing off the entire colony. It's a really good idea! However, one of the techs came out and told me they were going to discontinue the baiting system and switch to a chemical spray but I told them I didn't want to switch. I called and spoke with the manager and told him I did not want to terminate the bait system because I spent so much money on it. I eventually had to contact the corporate services and they told me it was just the franchise that wanted to discontinue the service but they would not allow it. I still have the system and they still come out. If a lid gets damaged, they will come out and replace it. The termite contract is separate from my general pest contract. I also once found a black widow spider in the garage. I called them out and they captured it and took it away. Then they sprayed the whole garage. Because I have the insect contract, Terminix will come out anytime I call for any kind of bug problem. It's not a bad deal! They always know what to spray, and they always kill the insects with the first treatment. Everybody has been really nice and have done their jobs well. They always let me know what they did and what they found. I feel the price is a little high, but you get what you pay for and they always do a good job.

They schedule an appointment by calling us 2 weeks out and give us a time. They are really good about working with you on scheduling and their pricing is very competitive.

My complaint is that their annual price keeps increasing.

We used Terminix in the mid 90's, had a great technician, and had decent results. We stopped our service years ago, and then restarted a couple of years ago. We had adequate service initially. Then in mid 2012, we had a service scheduled for which I was wanting inside treatment as well as outside. One of our children stayed at the house waiting for the technician to arrive. There was never any indication that he came - no knock or doorbell, and no sign of anyone around the house. No paperwork was left - this was the first time this had happened. I checked around outside to see if maybe it had blown off the door, but found nothing. I received the usual email very shortly, indicating that the service had been done, and notifying that I would be billed. I decided to let it go, as I didn't want to take off work for a rescheduled visit. The next quarter, when I received the notification of scheduled service, I called and had my service date and time changed, and made plans to be home for the service. When I got home from work at mid-day, I had a message on my home answering machine indicating that the technician was out of the office and the visit would be rescheduled. They did not attempt to contact me via the alternative phone # I had given them, and which I confirmed later was on my account. Two days later, I received an email communication from them, indicating that the service had been performed the day after the originally scheduled date. I had not received any rescheduling notice. I immediately went outside to find the paperwork, and discovered that once again, none had been left. I attempted to call the office several times. Unfortunately, Terminix phones route from one location to another, so you never know what location you'll end of speaking to. Every time I called, I had to leave a message that was supposed to be forwarded to my local office and they were to return my call. After their first call went to my home #, I started insisting that they send additional messages to this office, and to call the alternate number they had on file for me, or my work number, which I also provided. I never was able to connect with the local office. I am convinced that this last service was never performed (and I have serious doubts about the prior quarter's service). My charges for Terminix service were set up to auto-charge a credit card, so I worked through my credit card to challenge the last charge. After a couple of months, the credit card company had not gotten any satisfactory evidence from Terminix that their charge was valid, and did not pay them. In February of this year, I received a notice from a collection agency, indicating that I owed Terminix for this last service. I called the collection agency and explained to them that I had contested the charge, and they put a "stop" on the claim on their end, and sent me back to Terminix to resolve. That led to me calling AGAIN, several times, and getting nowhere. I don't know if their staff is totally incompetent, their management direction is "off" or if possibly their customer service computer systems are awful. At one point, I left 2 messages in one day, to representatives in 2 different states, and when I called back later in the week, the person I spoke to (in yet another office) found no record of my earlier calls. Last week, I got a call from a "new" person in the local office, asking if I'd like to come back as a customer, at a reduced rate. I found that incredibly ridiculous. At this point, I'm totally done with this. I will never recommend Terminix and will discourage others from using them.

They have been good so far. They come when we are at work, and they leave a thing on the door saying that they have been here.

I have a contract with them. The experience has been fine. They are always ready to do the work. They are pleasant and helpful.

They are fine, and we wouldn’t say anything other than that. We don’t see any bugs or anything, so it is working. Their customer service is fine. We have very little interaction with them. We have never really used anyone else, so we don’t have anyone to compare to on the price. We had them in Pennsylvania and that is why we signed up with them here. We have never had an issue that required calling them. We are moving, but we will still use them again in the future.

They are fine. They always come out. They are very efficient. I always feel like we get our money's worth. They are prompt, professional, and do a good job.
