+ -1 moreThe two men that cleaned out our air ducts were very professional and friendly. They seemed knowledgable and were able to answer my questions, as well as provide me with some advice/tips. I was extremely pleased with the visible cleanliness of my air ducts once they were finished with the job. Would highly recommend Superior Carpet Cleaning for their air duct cleaning services!

+ -1 more. The work went very well. We have used this company many times over the years and have always been more than satisfied. We have had them clean our carpets in a business setting, c;lean up after a flood in our office, and they are the only company we have used in cleaning the carpets in our house. The carpet cleaners are always polite and helpful and do a good job. They educate you about any special steps you might need to take in preventing problem areas After cleaning the carpet they put the furniture up on styrofoam pads so the furniture will not get damp/wet and damage either the carpet or the furniture. I know I can depend on them to do the job right.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in living and dining room, hallway, bedroom, and traffic pattern in 2 other bedrooms. They moved the furniture in LR and DR, and the bed in the bedroom, They provided an estimate prior to the work.

They had some difficulty with the compressor they used and commented that another crew had not serviced it properly. After the compressor issues were resolved, they got about their work and completed it timely. The pricing from Superior was a considerable improvement from several other duct cleaning services we called. All the others quoted us pricing in the neighborhood of $400+. Superior charged us by the duct and we were totally satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Our realtor recommended this carpet cleaning company. I wish I'd gotten further advice & reviews. I spoke to the pleasant woman on the phone & we agreed on a price that was agreeable (they had been to the house with the prior owners & knew the square footage). Unfortunately, when her husband & his employee came to the house, he said he'd have to measure & that she 'knew that she wasn't supposed to give quotes over the phone'. The quote he gave us was more than the one she'd given us but we were due to move in shortly & wanted the carpets cleaned while the house was empty. Since we were working in the house, we were able to watch them as they were 'cleaning'. They had stated that they would NOT use our water & NOT dispose of their wastewater here but they proceeded to hook up to our outside faucet & dump the wastewater into the street. The next day I decided to check one room with our carpet shampooer to see how clean the carpets were. My husband & I were disgusted by how dirty the water became. Needless to say I proceeded to clean all the carpets, with little time to spare (in addition to trying to paint before the movers came) before we moved into the house. I'll stick to cleaning my own carpets, at least then I know they're actually clean.

They advertise that they have been in the business for the past thirty seven years. Their service is excellent and their price is comparable to the other service providers.
