Description of Work: Mother, lives in a Senior Housing facility and had to go from 3 packs a day to oxygen. Her room smelled like an ashtray. They came in, cleaned the carpets, furniture and carpet. While told that cleaning cigarette smell out is harder to get out than fire smoke, the room was considerably better, even the facility staff commented on how much better it smelled.
