+ -1 moreI have used them several times and have always been pleased. Depending on the tech, they sometimes suffer from being on time. However, their prices are so much better than other companies I have tried. The last time I used them was June of 2013 and I was not really pleased with the tech sent out, but he no longer works there and that day did not ruin my impression of this company. Mr. Schweizer is fair and will not try to sell you something you don't need. In fact, they repaired something that another company said we would have to replace for several hundred dollars.
