Excellent, all work was completed in one day. The installers were great, very efficient and took the time to answer any questions I had.

Only issue was with billing. Technician quoted price on the high end would be $300 max and probably lower. Bill came and it was almost $400. Not a huge difference, but would have expected the bill to not go higher than the maximum estimated price, with no extra difficulties arising during the fix.

The full system installation went very well.

The young men (2) removed all the existing air and blower units and installed the new system all in one day. They were very polite and knew what they were doing. I am very satisfied with there work. They also ran an electrical wire for the electric heating unit.

We replaced our 12 year old HVAC with a much more efficient system. When our house was built, the builder put a small a/c unit for the size of our house. Which meant, it ran all the time in the summer, and was never able to keep up during the days the temp went above 90. We contacted several companies for quotes on replacing the system and adding on a zoned program to help control the temp in our always-hot bonus room. The owner gave us the best quote of all the companies I contacted. I liked that he gave us three different price points on systems for our home, and there was no pressure on which system to buy. He was very nice and was excellent at communicating with us about the job. The install technicians were efficient, timely, and nice. The whole job took two days. There was an issue after the install with an air intake. We contacted the business, and we had the install crew at our house the next day. They fixed the issue at no extra charge. This business is definitely run well! Our house is much more comfortable, and our energy bills are extremely lower than before. We are able to use our bonus room again with the zoned system. We are so pleased with the results! We would recommend them to anyone!

Its fine, everything's working properly, they're carrier dealer and we've used them before, 18 years I think and they're fine, they're good people to work with. They're reliable in what they do.

Jimmy Schiff installed Heating several years ago and then A/C last year. Now they are servicing them on a bi-annul basis. I'm am so impressed with the company. The price is fair and the service is great.

Air conditioner failed late Thursday night. Called Schiff Friday morning and technician was on my doorstep two hours later. He analyzed the problem, replaced the failed part, and was on his way before lunch. You can't pay for that kind of service with a 95 degree weekend on the way. Thanks Guys

Schiff's service is excellent and I feel their pricing is very competitive.

The price was fair for the service they performed. They are very responsive and their customer service is good. I would use them again in the future.

We had a very positive experience with Schiff. No problems at all.

They were prompt and came when they said they would. All of their service people have gone a little above and beyond helping us when all they are supposed to be doing is servicing the unit. The last time the technician was here my dogs got out of the gate so he came and got me then helped me chase the dogs down, which was really nice; he did not have to do that. I will use them again in the future.

Technician did not have a copy of the job quote with equipment details from the job estimator. Job started out rocky but in the end the install was satisfactory. Additional; called 3 months after install to check status of electric company rebate, was told they would check with electric co. and call me back the next day. That was two weeks ago and haven't heard back from Schiff.

From the time of estimate to completion all steps were professional and efficient. They were also significantly better priced.

The gentleman that came out to give the estimate was very professional. He was obviously trying to sell us on a whole home system, replacing all the components for the heating and air. We chose to just get a spring cleaning and a shot of freon instead of going with the whole unit. The quality and professionalism were fine. They wore foot protectors so they wouldn't get our carpet dirty, which we thought was nice. Everything was fine and we would do business with them again.

Installed it when they said they would and finished on time. Had some problems with water dripping on floor from inside unit. They ran a new line but it still dripped. They came out again and put in a pump that took care of the problem. Schiff only charged me for the pump (50 dollars) not for all of the extra labor to to the leaking. the pump wasn't on the original estimate. I believe that Schiff is not satisfied with the job until the customer is.

This is a fine company to work with. The process start to finish was very smooth. I especially appreciated the way they worked with us to find the system that fit our needs and our budget. The installer was on time, answered all our questions, and was able to complete the job in less than a day. We are extremely happy with the Schiff team.

My old furnace was 50 years old and no longer working. They came and gave an estimate which was right on how much it cost. The new 92% efficiency furnace works like a charm and lowered my gas bills. All employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I feel like they did a good job and the price was not outrageous.

The estimator did a good job listening to my concerns about having the most energy-efficient system at the best value. They recommended a Carrier Infinity heat pump and air conditioner system. They also installed an Aprilaire high capacity filter. The installation went smoothly. The installers were efficient and friendly. Two years later, the system and Schiff service have more than met my expectations.
