This company charges 1/2 the total cost of the pool up front, with a no cancellation policy. Then they consistently operate 2-3+ months behind schedule--and do NOT communicate this to you. And don't count on any replies when you call and ask for an update on when they might start construction. When they finally did start the process, I guess it went smoothly--but they wanted the remaining money before installation was complete. We refused, because at that point we didn't trust them to return and finish the job. They came back to close the pool in the fall. Then we had all kinds of issues when opening the pool the following year. The owner tried to blame us for the problems--saying we didn't close it correctly--apparently forgetting that we didn't close it--he did. The problem was fixed and we were charged for something I don't believe we should have been. Here we are now in the 3rd year, and we opened the pool to discover wrinkles in the liner. I think this is a terrible company and would never recommend them to anyone I like.

We agreed in May to buy a new pool cover for $1800 since they told us this would guarantee the 2009 price. They forgot to order it and when we called to have them close the pool this fall they told us the pool cover hand't been ordered. 3 weeks after they were supposed to close the pool they showed up. They charged us $2400 for the cover and would not explain why or return our phone calls. This is the second time they have overcharged us. This spring they "lost" our pool sweep and then charged us their "cost" which ended up being what we could buy it for at almost any national chain. So much for honesty and integity. We will NEVER use this company again!
Description of Work: In-ground pool maintenance as well as opening and closing our pool each year.
