Regal Roofing of Southern Indiana

We were pleasantly surprised with the entire process. Our salesman from Regal, Jeremy, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues we were having with our roof and what was causing our leaks, then he explained how they were going to install our new roof and prevent the leaks from happening again to our new roof. They also gave us free gutter protection for our gutters with the new roof they installed. The installers were excellent, they were in and out in one day! When the job was complete we could not even tell they had been there other than looking at our new roof. Their prices were very competitive, especially for what we received, the things that were add-ons with another company, were all inclusive with Regal. We would definitely refer them to our friends and family. not only did they do a wonderful job, but they also offered us a $100.00 referral fee for every person we send their way. That's fabulous, we give them a 10 out of 10 for overall performance. great job guys.

About 4 young men showed up. Things I was displeased with: 1.) I was told in order solve the problem where three roofs meet, they would need to cover up at least 2 yards of the patio roof with opaque because I'd done a lot of research & knew better. 2.) They had never worked with multi-cell poly-carbonate roofing 3.) They wanted to know what my budget was - I told them it was none of their business (remember the episode of the Big Bang Theory when Sheldon needs some work done & only has so much money to spend. When the person asked Sheldon what his budget was for the work he needed to have done was, Sheldon told him he only had so much money & mentioned the amount, at which time the man told Sheldon that was the exact amount the work would cost. 4.) The amount they had written down was much more acceptable than the one I had been given by Ace Construction but I never received the written estimate spelling out in exact detail exactly the materials they would be using, Sorry but no written estimate that tells what weight of roofing felt is to be used, the exact type of shingles, etc. means I'm not buying what you're selling. Regal Roofing was not the only company that never gave me the detailed written estimate of the work they would be doing. Not only that but I get so tired of being treated like an idiot because I'm a woman. It is not only insulting, it's frustrating. I would have gone with Head's Construction because I was treated with respect, the quote was detailed & although I would have chosen to upgrade the weight of the felt & the type of shingles. But, I was unable to obtain the loan I needed to have the work done within a decent time frame & by the time I did, Head's was too busy. My loss, but it doesn't change my respect for Heads Construction.

Hail storm on July 31, 2012. Insurance adjuster completed work within 10 days, insurance company approved work a few days later. Work was scheduled for 2 days after telling Chris that the work was approved. The entire job was completed in 1.5 days. Clean-up was as complete as any I've seen after a roofing job (a few missed nails, but that's pretty much unavoidable). Everything went very well.

They were able to schedule me on very short notice and were reasonably priced. Minor installation issues to corrected promptly.
