+ -1 moreIf there is one negative about the process it would be the horrible smell the coating has during the first 24 hours. After that, it subsides. If I had to do over again, I might plan to leave the house.
Description of Work: My tub needed to be refinished after 70 years of use. It looks great now and hopefully will last several years before needing again. This is the part one cannot be sure of. The work was done as described.

Description of Work: After three emails requesting a quote, someone finally called me. They told me they would get back to me within 48 hours. That has been a few weeks ago. Still haven't heard back.

+ -1 moreI didn't check other prices because there are not a whole lot around where I live. There are not a lot of options. I was happy with the work they did. The price was to the dollar of the estimate. I called and set up a time with them. We emailed back and forth a little bit. I try not to micromanage so I didn't have a lot of contact with them. They were very accommodating.

+ -1 morew=Tim with Quality Refinishing was cordial and very professional-the shower looks great.
Description of Work: I had two small holes in my fiberglass shower and I called Dimmitts Home Repair who referred me to Quality Refinishing who plugged and refinished the holes and matched the color perfectly. Tim with Quality Refinishing did a wonderful job-the shower looks brand new and it was done at a far less expensive price of installing a new shower.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job for us. They even textured the bottom of the tub for us. I would definitely use them again in the future and also recommend them as well.
Description of Work: They refinished our bathtub by sanding it and priming it, then putting two coats of epoxy coating.
