Description of Work: They approached us and told us that we would probably be able to get a new roof paid for by our insurance company due to storm damage. Our insurance company did not agree with their assessment. We asked them to repair a few spots on our roof....but we never heard from them again - after several phone call attempts on our part . We called Head's Construction and they came immediately and made the repairs.

Description of Work: Took off old roofing and put on new roof on our house and garage. We had a contract stating we would get a ridge vent and roof vents and after they finished and cleaned up their mess they told use they decided to do the roof vents only, sprung our front screen door by letting the wind catch it when they came in our closed in front porch and used the electric outlet and bent one of our gutters up and didn't bother to tell us. They used bricks we had to hold down the plastic to catch the debry and left all the bricks laying around our yard. When I contacted the office I was told it had nothing to do with them, I guess because they subbed the job out.

Description of Work: Pro-roofing stripped the old roofing tiles and replaced them. They upgraded the tile quality for free. They, also, stabilized our gutters, they have not gushed over the past 3 rains we have had. Clean up was decently done. |Customer service was good. I was always able to speak with a person, not an answering service.
