They seemed to forget about us at first. They came out to give us an estimate and then we never heard from them. I called them back 3 times, and each time they failed to get us scheduled properly. The workers that came out to do to work were great though. It seems like there is some kind of disconnect between the office and the workers.

They showed up on the agreed on time and date. The crew was ready to go at first light on a very hot day. Nathan said they would be finished before the end of the day. I didn't see how they could.do it, but they did. The dumpster arrived shortly after they did and they began the removal right away. They were careful to put down tarps to catch any roofing or nails that could have landed around the house. The roofing arrived at just the right moment. I went to work and they were well on the way by lunchtime. They had completed the job, cleaned up, packed up, and were gone before I got home from work. The dumpster was picked up the next morning The roof looks great. I had very little debris on the ground after they left. I found one nail in my pool, but nothing in my driveway and no flat tires. Their final price was exactly what was quoted. They allow for a quantity of decking if needed. There were no hidden costs. They were among the lowest quotes I received, but not at a sacrifice of quality or convenience.

Interviewed Nathan and he was very personable and professional. He measured and we discussed what was needed. Nathan submitted a bid by mail in about 3 days. I had four other companies submit bids. None could come close to Nathan's bid. When Nathan was contacted and told that he had been selected he set up a day to install the roof. His crew arrived early and were very courteous and professional. They worked hard, cleaned up everything, hauled it away and were finished by the end of the work day. I have had three roofs on this house and this was the best job that has ever been done.
