Description of Work: Refinished living room, two halls and three bedrooms. Patched an area of the floor in the living room making it blend in better with the floor. My husband and I were satisfied with the outcome.

+ -1 moreThey did a fantastic job. It has held up well. They don’t do sanding; it is a chemical thing they do. It cost me less than if I would have had it sanded and polyurethaned. They were here from 8 am -10 pm. There were two of them and they did a fantastic job. The floor still looks great! I will use them again.
Description of Work: They do a chemical cleaning of hardwood floor. Mine was commercial; they did my restaurants dining room floor.

Description of Work: Mr. Sandless refinished the floors in the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedrooms in a house we recently purchased. The entire process occurred much quicker than expected. Within two days of my initial call, Randy provided an in-home estimate and the work was completed within one week from the date of the estimate. Randy was great to answer questions and presented us with all available |options. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I never imagined they would look as nice as they do. I highly recommended Randy and Mr. Sandless to anyone wanting to have their floors refinished.

+ -1 moreIt was very professional job. Each room furniture had to be removed, some was moved outside onto our carport so there would be more room for the work. Removed carpet, pulling up all the nails and staples at record time. Then they used a professional equipment to clean the floors thoroughly. Some floors were slightly damaged from animals, so they stained floors a darker shade. Dried the floors before applying the special materials to harden and put a gloss to the floors. It turned out beautiful. Our house is over 40 years old and Mr. Sandless brought life back into our rooms. The whole time they were working, they cleaned any mess they may have made, although it was very slight. After waiting for the floors to dry, furniture was returned in their proper places. The products they used dried in about an hour and there was no odors. I highly recommend Mr. Sandless!
Description of Work: Removed old carpet, nails, staples, then cleaned floors of two rooms and hallway. Stained wood of floors a slight darker shade, then finished it with a hard finish materials.
