MOOSE LEWIS MADE OUT WITH $7,000.00 AND WE ENDED UP WITH A UNIT THAT IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR OUR HOME AND IT HE DOESN'T REIMBURSE US FOR THIS UNIT THEN WE WILL BE OUT EVEN MORE MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT. DONT NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USES THEM. THE OWNER JON LEHMAN IS A JERK AND YOU CANNOT HAVE AN ADULT CONVERSATION WITH HIM ABOUT THE MATTER. HE WILL NOT OWN THAT HE SCREWED UP AND INSTALLED A UNIT THAT IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR MY HOME. SO WERE ARE LIVING IN A HOME THAT IS 74-76 DEGREES INSIDE AND WITH A UNIT THAT RUNS NON STOP AND WE ARE PAYING HIGH PRICES FOR OUR ELECTRIC BILL.
Description of Work: WE PAID THEM TO INSTALL A NEW A/C ON OUR HOME AND WE TOLD JON LEHMAN WE WANTED THE UNIT LARGE ENOUGH SO IF WE EVER ADDED ON TO OUR HOUSE IT WOULD HANDLE THE ADDITIONS. WE FOUND OUT FROM A REPUTABLE HEATING AND AIR COMPANY THAT THE UNIT WE PAID $7,000.00 FOR IS MAXED OUT AND IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR OUR HOME AND WE WOULD HAVE TO BUY A BIGGER UNIT FOR OUR HOUSE. HE HAVE "NOT" MADE ANY ADDITIONS TO OUR HOUSE. WE CAN HAVE THE AIR SET ON 70 AND IT IS ALWAYS 74-76 IN OUR HOUSE. OUR UNIT RUNS NON STOP AND IS WEARING OUT DUE TO RUNNING ALL THE TIME AND NEVER HAVING ANY DOWN TIME. WE WERE TOLD THAT FOR THE AGE AND SIZE OF OUR HOME THIS UNIT WILL NEVER KEEP OUR HOUSE COOL. WITH THE OUTRAGE PRICE WE PAID AND THE HIGH ELECTRIC BILL WE WILL HAVE TO PAY EVEN MORE MONEY TO GET A NEW UNIT THAT WILL WORK FOR OUR HOUSE. ONCE THEY SAID THEY WERE DONE INSTALLING THE UNIT AND NEW DUCT WORK WE NOTICED IN OUR VENTS THAT NO DUCT WORK WAS REPLACED. WE HAD TO CALL THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND INSTALL NEW DUCT WORK.

We had other estimates and we realized they had the best price and value. They answered all my questions and was very friendly. They were very pleasant to work with. They were here for several hours and we were very satisfied with the job that they did.
Description of Work: They did a variety of things for us. They installed fixtures, fixed leaks, and other small jobs.

They are good, we have used them before, they are reputable and honest. As honest as they can be I guess. I give them an A rating for price and I am thinking I should become a heating and air technician.
Description of Work: I use Moose Lewis Contracting Heating. We used them last year and the guy that we called about a roof came out an looked at it but could we wait till October then he never came back. Moose Lewis Contracting Heating comes out and keeps our air conditioner clean.

They came out the same day within an hour to do the repair. The guy was courteous and explained everything before he did the repair. We really felt that he was not trying to take advantage of us in any way. He was very respectful. They also do plumbing services as well as other things.
Description of Work: They came in and fixed a problem with our furnance.
