Description of Work: We hired them for my step daughter. She and her husband have a 3 yr old and newborn so we thought it would be nice to have a house cleaning during the holidays. While everything was handled very professionally, the best thing was how relieved and happy my stepdaughter sounded on the phone that evening! Both her and her husband spoke about how great the house felt when the cleaning was done.

Description of Work: Spring Cleaning (Deep Cleaning) of my home. |I was disappointed. Two ladies came and they were hired to work 4 hours and do deep cleaning of 4 rooms of my home. I found many things that were supposed to be done had not been touched. I expected perfection and found the service to far below the standard that I was promised.

We have a large home and neede help keeping up. MM comes every other Monday and they are GREAT. Very courteous and professional. No supervision needed. It's awesome to come home to a clean home. Highly recommended

Description of Work: I hired them to clean our house every 2 weeks. When I had one small problem, they sent a crew out the next day to re-clean the entire house and discounted my next cleaning. The people in the office go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy with the service. All of the people who have come to clean have been very pleasant.

Description of Work: They thoroughly cleaned a two bedroom apartment except for the study. They cleaned the bathroom and kitchen very well, dusted the books in the bedroom, and swept the living room making it more orderly. The toilet, bathtub, and sinks were thoroughly cleaned, and was done in a professional manner. The cost; however, was pricy at $99 an hour, but the job was well done.

Description of Work: Spring cleaning of the entire home was performed by two well trained women. They went room to room and cleaned top down in each room until the entire home was perfect! We have four bedrooms, two plus half bath, kitchen, dining, living room, din, laundry and large great room.

Description of Work: My Mother needed a service to clean her home on a regular basis and an initial heavier cleaning; under furniture, etc. Merry Maids was one of the services I found on Angie's List. After speaking with 3 services, she decided to use Merry Maids. They were prompt, pleasant, and very thorough. So much so, she decided to have them come on a regular basis. She's very satisfied with the results.

Merry Maids does a great job. They are prompt, they work hard and are very thorough. The staff at the office is always ready to help if I have any concerns or questions. I have been using Merry Maids for several years and am very happy with their services. They are a bit pricey, but their staff are bonded, have taxes withheld from their pay, and have workman's comp insurance - all things I don't have to worry about since they are Merry Maids employees.
