McMahon did a fabulous job providing recommendations....spraying, and giving me a FAIR price for their services! As a result, the pests are gone, and I am signed on as a repeat customer.

Work was completed and we have seen no more ants. We extended the service to our whole house and external garage.

Charlie himself connected me to a local bed bug inspection service, met us at the rental property, educated me (and his son) about what to look for when evaluating pest control. He was able to give me a ballpark estimate at that time, and then had an official quote emailed to me later that day. He responded very quickly to any follow up questions I had. I scheduled the treatments with his office, and on all three days of treatment and re-inspection, his staff was on time, courteous and professional. I received the invoice soon after work was complete, for the amount quoted. I stopped by his office a few days later to get my key, and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and knew immediately which key I was there to retrieve. Aside from needing the service at all, I was very pleased with the experience.

They are very thorough and personable. I trust that they’re going to do good work. We've used bigger services before and they did not do a thorough treatment.

We used them years ago for some termite service at my old house, I really like them, and I have used them ever since inspecting new houses and just total service. They are a local personal group and just really like all the technicians they sent and always give a good quality of work.

Service was on time and professional.

They met my expectations and we were comfortable with them. They showed up the first time and it was so cold that morning that they had to reschedule because it was not going to go properly.

We called them and told us we did not have termites but the bugs needed to be exterminating. He explained the termite control we had done 8 years ago was probably worn out and needed to be done so we did it. We now do not see even flies before the rain in the spring time. I am really pleased with them. Whatever they have put around the house has kept all the critters away. When he was down there doing a check I asked him to look underneath he house to see if there was any water from when we had our problems with our sump pump. I was appreciative that he looked for me. They always call ahead of time and are here on time when we set up the time.

We have a contract. They come four times a year, and spray for bugs. They are very prompt, and friendly. If there is any problem, we call them, and they are right here.

I've used them multiple times. I've been using them for probably 7 or 8 years. They respond. They come every time. I don't have a lot of problems though. They are here when they say they are going to be here.

There work is excellent and we have had our house treated by them. They are reasonably priced and when they came to inspect we have observed that they are not doing a cursory exam. They looked at all the nooks and crannies to see if there are any termite activities. I have a yearly inspection on my house for a contract where we have to keep the house insured against termites. They are very friendly so I keep using them. I am going to use them for a new house that my mom is purchasing. They don’t see any termites there but we don’t know if the house has been treated for termites. They are great when it comes to punctuality.
