Very well. Showed up when promised and completed work on time. Explained new system and how to use the new control. Filled out rebate forms for us. Highly recommend!

They were conscientious and courteous. They were prompt, and had good products to sell. After the new system was installed a problem popped up that we had to figure out how to deal with. We had condensation on a return air duct that was inside the ceiling. The return supply duct hadn't sweated before and now they were sweating because, they were colder. It was the new technology in our old house, there was a compatibility issue. We didn't have to pull it out, it was just learning to live with it. I thought that he should have known that the newer systems were going to be colder than the older system.

I have used Lappe for several years and have never been disappointed with the service they have provided. They are always punctual, professional, and responsive, with prices that are in line. For this particular job, I called early on a Saturday morning to report that my ac was not working. They were at my house within 20 minutes and determined that my units could not be repaired (they were 23 years old) I asked if they could begin work, even though it was a Saturday .... They said they would go back to their shop, give me a call with pricing and if I wanted, they could start removing the old units ... price was reasonable and they had the new units in place that afternoon. They returned the next working day to complete the job and start up the units. Entire job went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

I like him. I have been using him ever since I've owned my home.

My furnace went hotter and hotter and they fixed it quickly. They are punctual. When I call them, they are usually there and try to make it the same day or the next day. When they give a time slot, they usually show up early, which I like. A lot of companies give that time frame, they don't show until it's 5 minutes still the last slot. Whenever they fix something, it stays fixed for a while.

He was very professional and he answered every question. He gave us his cell phone number, so that I could call him anytime, and actually I did call him, once during the night, and during the weekend. Since, I replaced the whole H.P.A system, therefore it was a big deal. He answered everything and came when I asked him to. He worked around my hours and he did not speak or despair about other providers and that's a big deal for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They are very good. They show up when they say they are going to. We've used them on occasion for emergencies and they have been right out so we are very pleased with them. Their price is very competitive.
