Our framing looks good but was $30,000 over bid. They did not see any train to notify us of this.

I specially ordered a door from them. I ordered it in January. They stated it would take 6-8 weeks to come in. I picked it up in mid-April. I didn’t unwrap it until it was installed. Upon doing so I realized it was the wrong door. SO I called them and they mentioned that I had ordered it in January. They said they couldn’t do anything about it, that it was too late.

They were very professional and the person I dealt with was easy to deal with. There were a few little problems, but they were very quick to fix them and make it right. I liked that.

We've contacted Jason at the Evansville store several times over the past year. Most recently he did come out and take a look. We asked that he not sent the same guy out to fix it. He said he had someone more experienced and would use them instead. After repeatedly calling to see when someone was coming, the same guy showed up again. He was there about 2 minutes and had to leave because he didn't have any screws with him to attempt to fix it. I finally called Mr. Burke Thomas, the store manager and let him know what was going on. I sent him pictures and he assured me he would get back with me. I emailed him several more times before he finally got back with me. To date, it hasn't been fixed. We had always hear Kights was one of the best around. The Trex product itself is great but the installation leaves much to be desired. (especially for the price) 7/2013- we took this deck completely apart. The frame was even worse than the outside appeared to be. We figured out why the lights wouldn't work. The electrical wires were not taped but laying on the concrete in wet leaves.

We hired Knight to place vinyl fencing around our backyard. We were assured that they would stand behind their fencing and would fix any defects at the time that we agreed to have them perform our vinyl fencing. Approximately 3 years ago, both gates broke (the hardware holding the fencing shut cracked out of the vinyl) and the front section of the gate began sagging. We contacted Jason at Kight and he came out and inspected the damage. He assured us that he would notify the vinyl fencing manufacturers and fix our situation. That was 3 years ago and since this time, our calls and e-mails have not been answered. I would never recommend Kight for the installation of anything, since they do not stand behind their workmanship or products.

My experience with them was excellent. The contractor that I used was Neil Bailey. He was excellent. He showed up when he was supposed to, got the job done when he said he would, and it came in the price that he said it would. The most amazing thing was that I had him do extra things, and he only charged me $400 more from what the original quote was. I felt that that was very fair. I spent about $13,000 for the remodeling job and about $5000 for the doors. That price was about average. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
