Tech arrived as scheduled after calling ahead to announce he was on his way. Cleaned A/C coils, measured freon, checked current draw, circulation fan, condensing coils, cleaned overflow line with bleach water. Went over results with owner before leaving. Installed tag on unit to indicate last service and date. Jack Frost has performed all types of A/C work for us over the years, replacing fan motors, A/C cooling units, startup capacitors. Pricing always has been reasonable. They offer a Blue Key maintenance program which gives you priority if your place a service call. Our A/C unit failed on the hottest day of the year in 2001 and they had it repaired within two hours even with a backlog of calls.

Even when furnaces were out all over town due to snow storms, they came quickly and made the repairs efficiently and without gouging us on price.

Used jack Frost before and liked the company very much. Had a pure air cleaner installed after serious asthma attack after moving into the house, so called when it was time for a new furnace and AC unit. Sent someone out for the estimate and really only company I contacted. Didn't compare price. They installed a high efficiency carrier furnace, AC unit and programable thermostat. Contractors on time. They came in, did the work and were done in a day. Only issue I had was a special light in the air cleaning system was hot wired, the guys left small stuff outside that I cleaned up after and a new concrete pad was not installed as per estimate. Otherwise, estimate dead on - no additional costs.
