Description of Work: We get phone and internet through Time Warner Cable, which used to be Insight Communications. I was praying for another provider when they used to be Insight, only to discover that Time Warner is actually worse. Service goes out sporadically for absolutely no reason. When you call to report the problem, the person on the other end of the phone can't tell you why it's out or how long it will be out. At first we thought this was simply due to the changeover, but it doesn't appear to be going away any time soon. Personally, I feel like I shouldn't pay for the days we're without service, but unfortunately that's not how it works. I also know that I'm not the only person within my social circle who has these problems or feels this way. Had I another option besides Dish Network I would gladly switch.

 + 1 moreThey have been always been helpful and real punctual, especially if a technician comes out for service. Our Internet does go out at times. I'm not sure if it's a router issue or an issue with Insight Communications.
