I just can't say enough of how fortunate we were to find this company!!! My 90-year-old mother had been without water for a week - between trying to fix it ourselves and waiting for other estimates, etc. I found Hydromax Plumbing on Google, called them, and they came out the same day, made a temporary fix - so she could use her water, and came back out the next day and repaired it! They also came in at $500 less than the two other plumbing companies we called - and one was even a friend of a friend that was supposed to be giving us a "deal"! Andrew Lord was so understanding and worked with me to immediately get my mother's water restored! He's honestly one of the nicest guy's I have had the pleasure of dealing with on any plumbing issues! If you have any plumbing issues, look no further than this amazing plumbing service!!! They honestly the best!!!

In our initial consultation, he told me that they would clean up after they completed a job. It was in the heat of summer. They left their water bottles all over the place including under the house and in the crawlspace. They left the bottles wherever they finished drinking their water. They left trash all over the place. I totally gutted the house. They took out the last stud to the draining of the kitchen wall where the appliances go. I was going to be making framing for another wall around the furnace. It made things extremely difficult for me when they removed that stud. There was absolutely no reason why they needed to take that out. After they did the initial work, he thought that I said something negative about their work or the way I felt I was treated. He became totally supportive of his employees and totally negative towards me. I was infuriated that they removed the stud. I told them what I felt but I left the emotions out of it. I told him that I did not want his people in there anymore. We were able to come to an agreement, a costly agreement for me that allowed me to immediately part ways with Hydromax Plumbing so that I could find a plumbing company that I could be happy with. It was about 60% of the final cost which included a tankless water heater. I ended up spending about $1500 more to switch plumbers. They took out the old plumbing and they replaced it with new plumbing; new water pipes and new gas line for the tankless water heater. It costed about $2800. They told me on 3 occasions that they would be there and they were not there. One day they were there when I had no idea that they were there until later in the day. People were inside my house and I had no idea that anyone was at my house. I would recommend everybody to stay away from Hydromax plumbing. I paid what I thought was quite a bit extra to get out of the deal. They agreed to it and wrote out a statement. We both signed it. We came to a mutual agreement on congenial relationship. I will not use them in the future.
