They installed the bed. When my husband came back and sat on his side of the bed, it bent a crossbar on the bed. I called the guy and told him that I knew this bed wasn't strong enough to hold us up. I told him that I didn't want him to send the initial guys who did he installation but I wanted someone else to come out and fix the situation. He said he would send someone out but my husband called them and said he would fix it himself. So he ordered all the parts for it and did the installation. When I called them back, I had to argue with them just to get to somebody to talk to. It was crazy.

They delivered it for us. I thought the price was good.

The appliances from Hhgregg were made of steel and the price was good. It looks good and the quality is good and the salesman was good. Everything was excellent.

Based on the sales end of my experience with them, I really don’t think that I would go back to them again; however, they were still okay. It was better than what I had. They took away my old piece of junk. They did have a good price but I did not have a huge amount of trust for them. The price included the cost of delivery and everything. I really would shop around a little more in the future. I do not know if I would go to them again.
