Excellent! From start to finish, everyone was professional, on time (actually got there before they said they would), and were good workers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The liason person was extremely nice to me, and he made the experience into a good one. He knew what he was talking about, and he even worked hard to save me a lot of money! I highly recommend them!

We had a storm that ripped my electric meter off the back of my house. I had an electrician that can put that back up, but unfotunately it also ripped off the siding and the rotted wood underneath (my house is 100 years old, had a lot of old termite damage). I needed the corner at the back of my house redone, about a 2`x8` section from corner to door frame. I called Heads Construction on a Tuesday. The person I spoke with was very nice and told me that they do do that kind of work. She took all my information and said she would have the estimator call me once he got back to the office. I called back 3 more times over the next 2 weeks (I'm patient, I didn't want to call every day because I know business can be crazy - especially with all the storm damage in the area). I finally got a return call right at 2 weeks from my original call and the message they left me (I was busy when they called) stated "This is **. I have a message to call you. Not sure if you're already working with someone here on the project. Call me back and let me know what the project is." Really?? One, he sounded very grumpy and put out that he had to call and two, he didn't know why he was calling me. I told the secretary 4 times what it was I needed. By this time I had another company already give me a quote so I just went with them rather than explain it to Heads for a fifth time. I will NOT use them and will NOT reccomend them.

They took the old roof off and installed a new roof and gutters. They also installed a fence for me. They do good work. They show up ready to work and have a good sized crew. They are fast. They are here when they say they are going to be here. I am satisfied completely with everything they have dine. If I need any kind of construction I will call them.

Everyone was always busy no 'laying down on the job". As extensive as the work was, it took a lot less time than we thought it would. We shopped around because of being "taken" two other times and those jobs were not done properly or according to builders code. We had leaks even in the middle floor. How depressing. Heads will be replacing all of our windows this year.

They were timely, and had good pricing

I had received several estimates from a list provided by Angie's List. Heads Construction came in over $2,000.00 cheaper than the other estimates. They came out the day I called for the estimate. The work was completed in less than 1 day. I was completly happy with the service provided. They replaced my roof with a life time warranty, which I was not even aware they had such a thing. The other two roofing Co did not tell me this. This will be a great selling factor.

.They had a salesmen come out first. The job was completed for the quoted price. We no longer have the leaks that we had. They completed the work in one day. They cleaned up nicely. The crew was very professional.

They came out and did some work for free. I would use them in the future.

I called and the person showed up. He got up on the roof and looked around. Some of the valleys on my roof had limbs and leaves in them. He cleaned all that out for me. He also did some other little things. I was not really expecting any but he did it. I had a small yard barn and a tree limb had gone through it. He pulled the tree limb out and put a patch on it. He told me that there was another one that I could not see from the ground and patched that too.

They were excellent. They even came back. I had a storm down here and some shingles blew off. They came back and did that for me. They were very amenable. It was a very low price to that.

Although they were quite busy and took a bit(aprox 4 weeks) to get to the job they were efficient and finished the job in one day.The left no mess and were awesome in quality of work

The estimator was extremely helpful, courteous and promptly responded to all my requests for additional or changed services. The roofers were obviously highly experienced and in the heat of mid summer replaced my roof in what I thought was record time. They were fun to talk to, courteous and continuously asked if I was satisfied with their work ,which I was. The yard was cleaned daily. Head's Construction, although highly recommended to me by others, far exceeded even my expetations in every aspect of the project.

New roof installed. The color choice was excellent. Went with bob's recommendation. The crew also painted the peeling and ugly chimney so that the new roof wasn't made tacky looking with the old crummy chimney appearance. When I came home, the chimney had just been completed. The job was done and I couldn't believe this was MY house! It looks so nice now! And I'm not worrying about leaks and such, as I did with the old roof. Bob came in, was straight forward with work to be completed, very nice man. Gave me time to consider the contract without pressure. Actually was a bit higher than another estimate, but I was impressed with how I was treated. Weather held off the work for about a month, but when it broke, crew was there very next day after Bob called. The crew also cleaned up after the job. Only thing I found was one stray roofing nail that fell into one of the cracks of the front porch.

There were some fairly expensive repairs that needed to be made, but essentially they put on a roof and also repaired the gutters. I chose them based on personal recommendations. They communicated really well with me and their workmanship was good. We had a storm and we had a tree get through the roof. So, they came back to fix it for us on the day it happened and put a patch on it. However, I eventually got that repaired. They were very prompt and provided good customer service. I would use their services in the future too.

I contacted Head's Construction at the beginning of March after another company failed to show up several times to complete work on our leaky roof. Head's came out quickly and gave us an estimate to repair the roof. After the estimate, though, we didn't hear from them (Jeff, particularly...my original contact) for weeks. After calling a few times and getting no response (and as the roof continued to leak with each rain, eventually causing the ceiling to crack), I finally got ahold of Jeff, who said we were "moving up the list" and would be taken care of soon. It was another week and two more phone calls to Jeff before they finally came and repaired the roof. Just two days after the roof was finally fixed, we discovered termites boring holes through the wall and ceiling where it had been leaking. The termite exterminator told us the termites are attracted to moisture and probably seized the opportunity to infest from the roof not being repaired for so long as the temperatures warmed. While I don't blame Head's for our resulting termite infestation (as I said before, another company gave us the run around and failed to show for months before Head's finally did the job), I do think their taking a month to finally fix our roof exacerbated the issue. Thus, our "small job" that wasn't a priority for Head's (seemingly because it wasn't as profitable as a full roof replacement) has become a major issue for us, resulting in water and termite damage and the many costs associated with fixing those. Despite this, I probably would still work with Head's again. Their work was quality and immediately fixed the roof leak. Next time, though, I would be more insistent on getting a written assurance from them on when they would show up to do the work.
