Description of Work: They replaced all defective decking and installed new roofing. They also repaired front porch from wind damage. The job was completed in the hottest weather of the year. They stayed until the job was done. They did an excellent job.

We apologized several times to [member name removed] and offered to make concessions when possible. However, with the worst weather and coldest temperatures since the 1980's, the term "weather permitting" carries its own risk. We are sorry that we could not accommodate [member name removed] in the way that she wanted. But to insure proper installation, employee safety and material warranties we cannot work when temperatures are below freezing or when precipitation is in the forecast. Several times this past month our distributor has closed due to safety and staffing concerns. This, along with the harsh weather we have endured has pushed us behind schedule. Unfortunately [member name removed] is one of the many customers it has affected. Again we are very sorry and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused
