+ -1 moreWe hired Hasgoe to clean a sofa, chair, and ottoman. Something went wrong and the furniture was wet for 4-5 days. When it dried it was dirtier than before, and the sofa now squeaks when you sit down and get up. The owner came to look at it, said the equipment must have malfunctioned and offered to clean it again, saying and quot;No matter what, we'll make it right.and quot; Well, it didn't come clean and our furniture is ruined. The owner refused to take responsibility after admitting it wasn't right the first time. We now have to replace the furniture with no compensation at all from Hasgoe.

+ -1 moreI was able to get an appt. for exactly when I needed it. They called ahead to let me know they were enroute. They showed up when promised, were very professional and friendly, and did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets (including getting a couple of stains out).

They are very fine people and do the job well. I had a $500 deductible on my insurance thsi time and they allowed me to make payments on this as I am on social security. I thought this was very fair of them.
Description of Work: I've had 3 water backups into my condo. They have been on the job at all hours bringing in equipment, large dryers, dehumidifiers, etc.

+ -1 moreI got quotes from 2 different cleaners. The other cleaner did more to sell me over the phone, but Hasgoe had the better price. They showed up when they said they would, and didn't do anything to try to drive up the price. We asked them to clean our shower as well, and they tried, but the grout between the tiles started to come out. Not their fault, its an old shower and we knew it would be trouble. They got a few spots out of the carpet that a rent-at-the-grocery-store cleaner couldn't touch. Overall a pleasant and problem free experience.

Description of Work: We moved into a rental house that had been used and abused by a previous tennant. They were not responcible pet owners, and the carpet was stained in several places. The Hasgoe team got this old carpet looking nice and smelling clean!
