HALLER'S CLEANING SERVICE

I highly recommend this company. Very complete and professional. Called to tell me the day before that they would be 30 minutes late, offering me the opportunity to reschedule if I wanted to. Excellent job with the carpet cleaning--pet stains removed, along with the food stains from 3 teenagers. So pleased and will not hesitate to call them again for my cleaning needs.

Everything was satisfactory. They were conscientious and courteous, and I have no complaints. I would say they were average overall. I clean my carpets myself sometimes so I can’t gauge how well they do. I have a hardwood floor in my foyer and they were conscientious about that, and they asked if it was their fault that there was a rub on the floor. Some people come in like a bull in a china shop without any care for your property but Haller’s made sure to take care of my property and they watched that they didn’t bump or scratch anything.

The price was reasonable. They did a good job and it was great.

This review covers several jobs Haller Cleaning Service performed at my home during 2004 - 2008. I have grown to depend on Haller whenever I need some type of special service cleaning activity done. They are reasonably priced, do the job right, thorough, encourage callbacks if anything is overlooked, friendly and overall just a pleasure to work with. Unlike other cleaning companies I have dealt with over the years, Haller does not appear to have a big turnover in staff. Every time they have come to my home, at least one of the workers has been there before. I originally hired them to clean my exterior windows, but after seeing the quality of their work, I decided to make them my "go to" people on just about any cleaning chore. They weren't the first people I thought about for carpet cleaning, but I'm glad I asked them because they did the job good. Unlike other carpet companies I have dealt with in the past, they did not give me a low price over the phone-and then virtually insist on performing extra work at higher prices after they got on site.

We were moving to a new house and wanted to have all of our furniture cleaned. We had just installed new flooring in the living room and were hesitant about having them clean the furniture on the floor but they assured us they would be careful. They came in and covered our flooring and cleaned all of our furniture in a very short time. The furniture looks great and the floors were not hurt. They did a super job.
