The carpet was of high quality and made quickly and the installers were fantastic. Tony, Kyle, and Todd spent quite a lot of time (patiently) working with my wife on the exact placement of the area run under a very large and awkward piece of furniture.

The process went very smoothly. The father/son team was nice and professional. While removing the quarter rounding they discovered that my washer hookup had a very slow drip and told me what part to buy for a temporary fix until I could get a plumber out to permanently fix the problem. The house is on a concrete slab and the vinyl flooring hadn't been glued at all when it was originally laid down. They stopped and let me take pictures of the ugly tile flooring underneath when they pulled the vinyl up to stretch it back out. They did a great job and the floor looked good as new. A few weeks later I noticed some small bubbles and called the company. They gave me good pointers and told me they would send a technician free of charge if the bubbles didn't go back down. After a few weeks of sitting under heavy objects, the bubbles disappeared. I am very pleased with the end result.

That was pretty good. The guy who was installing it was the one who suggested and they were able to get even though they didn't have the one that I picked out, they got it from another store the same day. They were friendly and courteous.

Greer's Flooring America had some all right prices. I have bought some things from them in the past and they have a good product. The staff are nice and very helpful.

Jaima at Greer's is fantastic! She is so helpful. Everything has gone seamlessly with both installations. We are currently awaiting information from Greer's on having our hardwood refinished and added to in our kitchen and living room! Thanks Greer's!!! We will be using them for all of our flooring needs!

Everything turned out fine and we did not have any problems with the installation.

They did a very good job. They really cleaned up everything. They thoroughly knew their job. They were very polite and it was a reasonable price.

They had excellent clean up. They were very professional. The only concern we had they came out to fix right away. This was for no extra charge because it was a misunderstanding in the number of tile laid out. They have excellent communication either by email or via phone. Anytime I had any questions, I was able to speak with them right away.

Their installers were very professional. In addition, they were responsive to the "little extras" that always arise on jobs of this size. The work and material appear to be of good quality. The one disappointment was the cost of the plumber. It is predictable that the overall floor level is going to be higher when the new material is applied over old material. This should have been estimated in the original quote. As this was not considered in the original quote, we were stuck with $100.00 in unexpected charges.
