G. R. Freeman Heating & Air Conditioning

I bought the house in 2014. The previous owner had G.R. Freeman to install an AC the year before in 2013. There was a little crack between the line cover and the brick wall of the house. There was broken old sealer on top of it. I was just wanting them to look at it see if it's something they would deal with or it's something I have to call someone else. I called Friday afternoon and they set up an appointment for someone to come out on Monday. No mention of any charges or anything. Then Monday, they called says no one will come out unless I pay $69 first. I talked to the technician on the phone, explained what was going on at the best I can. It may not even be an issue that they will fix. Since they had there name and phone number on the unit, I called and ask for their opinion. But they wouldn't even come out to look at it unless charge you up front. This is a very PROFIT oriented company. Helping costumer is surely not their priority. They refuse to give any other direction, just keep saying this is a standard to charge you up front. Very disappointed. Stay away from them. Find someone else.

They arrived in the dot at 8am, the appointment time. They were very firmly and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. They were efficient, too. I highly recommend G. R. Freeman!

Heat pump service

Showed up on time and performed the service in a timely manor.

Took a little longer than expected, but was not their fault, due to the extreme heat we were having in July it was very miserable up there in the attic. They did very good.
