+ 2 moreI want to thank you for the horrible customer service and poor PROFESSIONALISM from your owner Tina. As she called me liar and hung up on me like a teenager. Also your inadequate ability to fix my gas log after 2 attempts and still charging for the poor service, then sending me to Bassemier's Fireplace. The owner Tina took NO accountablilty for their work. I wouldnt allow Tina or Steve in my house again and they will NEVER get another from me ever again. I have posted this on my Facebook, Twitter,Pintrest accounts and have copied all my friends and family. I have also posted a review with Yellow pages and Angies list. This was the worst display of professionalism and customer service that I have ever been involved with. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND FIREMASTER OF EVANSVILLE FOR ANY SERVICES FIREPLACE,POOLS OR ANY SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!

+ -1 moreWe can recommend Firemaster because they put our pool in, and we are very satisfied. They were knowledgeable about what they did. They answered any questions we had. They cleaned up their mess. We did not have to do anything. Everything was done to our specifications. The site was perfect. I cannot think of anything that was not good about their installation. For the pricing, I imagine you can get cheaper.
