Eric Gries Disposal

I did not have concrete proof. I didn't realize that I needed to record the original conversation. The office girl was really nice and said I would be back in the future after Republic Services raised their prices once again. She said she would cancel the service but someone in his office told a direct lie and said I wanted their service despite the price matching and the big blue garbarge can on wheels. I can put anything in this can and not have to worry about causing an unjury to a employee. I absolutely cancelled the service within a hour and they absolutely charged me without providing a single service and even attempted to charge me for a second three month period. Yes their price is really good but what they did was wrong. Luckily I did not bounce checks and have to pay fees for that also. I wrote the Indiana Attorney General and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but they couldn't do anything especially since someone in his office was telling direct lies. The work was never performed at any location. I guess they have lost business in the past because of Republic Services matching prices but still they should not have used my debit card since I asked them not to and cancelled the service. My conscience would be killing me if I were Eric and his responsible office employee.

Eric Gries Disposal is one of the local establishments and they're good. I like them.
