He thought to repair it first - to save me money - but the bad job causing the leakage was so widespread we replaced the entire roof. The crew was punctual, well coordinated, efficient and clean. I picked up only 1 stray nail! Very impressed with the humility, honesty and professionalism of Ellis & crew.

+ -1 moreExcellent! I hired my own inspector to look at the whole house and he asked me who did the roofing job and remarked that they did an excellent job. I had not mentioned the recent roofing replacement.
Description of Work: Had roof replaced. Roof required special commercial rubber roofing materials due to lack of pitch on one section. Other quoters tried to price gouge on the rubber roofing product, using the specialized situation as an excuse to justify $3000.00 more than Ellis. When I asked Ellis what type of material they were going to use to remediate the lack of pitch on the roof, they indicated that they would be using a rubber roofing material. When I asked them about the cost of that material they indicated that cost of the material was nominal.

+ -1 moreThey were out very quickly to do the estimate, and installed the roof within a week once i hired them for the job. The roof had been leaking so their timeless was greatly appreciated. We had some damage to our decking that accounted for the leaks. They repaired that as well. They also installed new roof on my father-in-law's business and he was very pleased. Again were very quick to get work done.

The work crew was timely, polite, competent, and did a great job cleaning up the yard and clearing debris. As a result of my satisfaction, I have recently contacted Ellis Roofing to put a new roof on my garage.
Description of Work: I needed a new roof for my home. The work included tearing off the old roof down to the wood decking, laying a new undermat and shingles, installing new box vents, and removing the debris.

+ -1 moreEllis Roofing repaired a leak on my old damaged dormer, which is at the highest point of my big tall old house. Their experience and expertise proved them to be perfect for the job. My dormer is no longer leaking and it now looks great. Glad to trust my work to them and will certainly call on them again for any future roof repairs or needs. In my experience I would say; they are well worth the price, they go above and beyond, and they are a pleasure to work with. I do recommend this company!
