The cleaning performed was average and the two ladies that always came to my house were nice and professional. My problem was with the owner Beverly that gave approval to the office staff of scheduled appt. I always called three to four weeks ahead of time to schedule a cleaning appointment to work around my schedule that month. I always have specially asked for a morning appointment. When I called to make an appointment they always told me the mornings were not a problem because I schedule enough time in advanced. If I didn't speak with Beverly the office girl would verify that my appointment time would not conflict with any other cleanings with Beverly. The cleaning ladies were suppose to show up around 9:00 am. each time. The last three appointments I have had, Beverly has called and said they would not make the appointment that morning. All three times (which were in a row) it had been past the 9:00 am while I was waiting for the cleaning people to arrive, which in return has messed up my schedule on my end. She never apologized or tried to work around each of the booking mistakes she did. She was not very professional in the continuing problem I was having. Customer service was very poor and I do not recommend this company based on the poor service of the owner.

I have had them for two years so they come every other week. They are open as far as scheduling. Price was reasonable and they do good work. They are very professional. I don't know for sure but I think they are bonded. They take care of employment taxes and I don't have the hassle. They do house cleaning and they do other services for me and I am happy with it. They did it as a favor to me. It is a franchise but it is local. When you want to contact it is not like I am trying to deal with a large franchise. Regarding price you will never get cheaper company. The prices are fair. They are inexpensive than the other company. They are right up with the services. The biggest difference is about the people that come in to the house and do the work. We can get independent local guys and stuff. They are cheaper than others. They are very quick and come in pairs and sometimes there will be three people. Sometimes if they are supposed to be here at 11:30 they do call me but sometimes if they have to be here at 10:30 they will not come till noon or 12:30 because they get hung up on another job.
