+ -1 moreActually, he did a good job with the installation. However, over the past 3 months, I have called him back at least 6 times to inquire about a replacement part. After 3 messages, he finally responded (1.5 months ago) saying he'd order it (he's the only authorized Graber dealer in the area). Now, after 3 additional messages, he still won't respond to tell me the status of the order. Fine way to treat a previous customer who spent $3500 on blinds!!!
Description of Work: This small company's owner (Jeff) installed an entire house full of custom pleated shades in October 2005.
