Description of Work: Hardwood floors were in bad shape and the job was becoming too difficult for my wife to keep up with. Concierge unlimited was the answer for us. They researched the products that were specific to our problems with the floors and suggested a product to use in our sick cat's litter box that stopped her from using the floor and not the box. I am very impressed to find someone [in this day and age] that goes out of their way to help their customers.
