 + -1 moreTook my desktop computer in because it would not boot up. Computers Plus determined that my hard drive had gone bad and they could not recover anything. They replaced hard drive. From day one since I got it back there was a virus on it. I've had that computer for 5 years and never gotten a virus. I wish that I had taken my $300 and invested in a new computer instead. Please note that I did not call them or take it back because I don't live near them, it's a pain to haul it in, I'd have to wait another week or more and I think they would have charged me to clean it up. Now maybe I should have given them a chance to make it right but I did not want to deal with them again.

 + -1 moreI had a windows conflict on my laptop. I last used them 6 weeks ago. It was 82 dollars. I got a virus also. I lost all my information. It went really good and they did well. I would use their services again. They were fast and fixed the problem.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job. We took it to them as we were going out of town. We were out of town 2 and a half months. We called them to see what they were doing. They fixed it and did a good job.
Description of Work: Computers Plus removed a virus on our PC then put everything back and made sure we didn't loose all of our programs.

 + -1 moreIt went well; I sat with him the entire 2+ hours he was here. He was fast, very knowledgeable and not at all condescending.
Description of Work: I asked that they reorganize my folders and files on my new computer with Windows 7. I asked them to pull up old pictures from my back up disk and they did that and put the pictures all together (I had hundreds) in one place. The same with my documents. I asked that they make my genealogy program accessible from the desk top. He also loaded 2 games for me.
