+ -1 moreThe price was a lot less than I was expecting. I contacted other companies and they quoted around $120 & $130. The guy cleaned up my computer and it was running great. He was courteous. It's a one person outlet. He got back to me. It took a while for him to get my computer ready, but he explained that he was a one person company. He also has a commercial account that he needs to take care of. He really just did work on the individual side. I was in a bit hurry for it and that was a problem for me. He fixed it and really charged good price for it. I never had any problem with it. He responded to my calls pretty quickly. He was very professional.
Description of Work: I hired Computer Solutions Inc to remove virus from my computer.

+ -1 moreIt went very well, he diagnosed the problem, suggested a cost effective fix..... gave me recomendations and choices on upgrades. He had the work done on time... he forgot to get me a disk w. data from the old disk, an ommission which he corrected right away. Laptop works like new...... Very nice to work with these folks.

+ -1 moreAfter having had this vendor do a virus scan on one of my computers, I decided to have them install Windows 7 to improve the speed of my computers and my internet access. They installed Windows 7 first on one of my laptops with Vista, and then on an older one with NT. The first install went well... the install on the older computer had some problems... the tech didn't reinstall Office, but it was caught and no harm... they kept it and re-installed Office with no problems. All in all, very good service, and I'm happy with Windows 7.

+ -1 moreChose this vendor because of good rating on Angies list. The guys at the shop were pleasant and professional. They knew right away what the problem was. Took two days to get it fixed, which was within the range I expected. They also fixed a small problem left over from a previous service provider. However, the computer (a Vaio laptop) is still not performing very well. The owner suggests that we consider upgrading to Windows 7 plus some more memory. Good advice... we might take it. Price was right.
Description of Work: Removed viruses as requested. Computer interface had been changed however, which wasn't asked for.
