original quote done in July 2015. work finally completed in January of 2016. Never arrived when scheduled and would show up and say if they did not work then it could be weeks before they would come back. The final estimate they gave me was for $4,750. and was billed at over $6,300.00. They had to disconnect the meter for underground install. They assured me that Vectren would be there at 4 PM on a Friday night to reconnect the service. All there workers left at 3:30 . Vectren did not show and at 7PM I called Vectren they said there were no arrangements made for them to reconnect. They got people there and reconnected at 8 PM .It was cold that night and I called CompletelyWired office number and got a recording. NO 24 HOUR SERVICE. They were totally unconcerned with my discomfort. They would say we will be here tomorrow and not show up for a week or so. There was never a site visit by supervisors during the entire job. We had to call and express are wish for Larry (owner) to look at mess that they made outside. They were asked to avoid the septic system that had just been installed but, went thru it and sliced a line and did not repair it for at least a month.
