Cloud 9 Window Cleaning did a great job. They arrived on time and were nothing but professional. My windows are 60 years old and original to the home, so it took a few minutes to figure out the trick to removing the exterior glass in order to clean both sides. The job took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours as there were about 30 panes of glass to clean and the windows hadn't been taken down in several years. When they were done, the windows were literally the cleanest I've ever seen them in the 10 years we've lived there. I hate to see it rain because I don't want the windows to get spots on them. I will definitely use Cloud 9 again. Eric and Jessica were wonderful to work with and I've already recommended them to three of my coworkers.

Need more info on competitors pricing to better evaluate his charge per sq. ft. Overall, I am well pleased with his performance.

This went very well. The merchant scheduled to meet our needs and arrived on time. He and an assistant cleaned our gutters--moving a few pieces of patio furniture as needed for access and working around a truck that refused to start. The entire task was completed in a very few minutes. He offered to do it in the future at the same price which is less than standard. Despite the company name, he provides some services besides window cleaning.

Eric was here the day after all of the snow. Offered to let him reschedule, but he came anyway. He had to get all of the snow and icicles out of the gutters before he could clean them. I felt so bad that he was out in the cold! He was very courteous and professional and I will call him for an estimate on gutter guards in the Spring. Very pleased.

The team arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond - they cleaned the screens and the windowsills, and even removed some pesky wasp nests on the brick next to my front window. We have used Cloud nine for several years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the staff, and the price. It makes no sense to me to spend my time and energy washing my windows myself when this crew does it so well for such a reasonable price

It went fantastic. They went above and beyond. On this occasion, Eric and his team cleaned our windows. We moved into new construction last year and there was quite a bit of mortar and silicone still on the windows. We did our initial quote online and received a call promptly to schedule the job. We asked them to come out for a specific quote as we knew it would be a bigger job since it was the first cleaning. They did that and then scheduled the job a few days later where they showed up on time, were extremely and professional and completed the job in one day. We checked in on them occasionally and we could tell they took a great deal of pride in their work as there was a good deal of scraping that needed to be done before they could clean the windows. They cleaned up around the house and, other than the clean windows, we would have never known they were there.
