Clean Smart Carpet Care

Clinton Hoffmann, owner/operator, did an excellent job of cleaning my 21 year old cream colored carpet! Unfortunately he does not have weekend hours so I could not give him an A for responsiveness. He scheduled me as his last appointment of the day at 4 so I took off work early to be home. His customer before me requested an additional room so he called to tell me he would be late. Therefore he receives a "B" in punctuality as he was approximately 40 mins behind Be prepared for drying time of approximately 2 hours. He told me this prior to booking the appointment so expectations were set early on. However, aside from the scheduling/appointment arrival time, I could not be any more pleased with the service I received. He was very thorough, professional and took great attention to detail. My carpet literally looks like it did 21 years ago. I have had this carpet steam cleaned before hut never with these results. Having 2 dogs and a cat, he was able to remove stains and odors that no others had been able to. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using him again in the future.
