Chem-Dry of Southern Indiana

These guys are the cream of the crop. I run maintenance and housekeeping for a large assisted living facility in the tri-state area and Chem-Dry is my go to for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We recently had a viral outbreak in the community (brought in from visitors) and had to have all of the common area carpets and upholstery cleaned prior to opening back up our facility. I scheduled with Patty several times but kept having to reschedule due to unforeseeable circumstances. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole thing and never missed a beat. I ended up rescheduling probably six times in total and the guys were there ready to go and spent two days sanitizing every square inch of carpet and upholstery in the building. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Even for routine cleanings, which we also do, the results are top notch. The crew is very accommodating to our residents and courteous to everyone they encounter.

they did a very good job, especially in the basement where the cats has left lots of spots behind. The carpet looked fresh and new when they left. I really thought I would have to replace the basement carpeting but ultimately did not. Both of the guys were polite and professional.

Really went out of their way to cure a carpet problem we were having. Patty had great customer service skills, and seemed to really want to please us with the ChemDry service. There were able to get our carpet looking great.

The two men who provided the service were on time (even slightly early) and were very pleasant, excellent and speedy workers. I was amazed at how clean the carpets were when they finished as I had been less than pleased with other companies in the past. I couldn't be happier with the excellent results! It did take slightly longer for the carpets to fully dry than the 5 hours they had gaged but that wasn't an issue in my situation and especially with such wonderful results.I will definitely use Chem Dry again!

From the time they arrived to the time they left, everything was finished in a seamless fashion, the professionalism they displayed as well as the work they performed was nothing less than outstanding..Spots were removed, pet mistakes were erased, furniture back to new and they left with a very happy customer.... Would recommend this company and the employees anytime....

When I bought the home, they cleaned the carpets the first time, and I have continued to use them. After I joined Angie's List, I went online to check them out and see what their rating was. They did a very nice job and continue to do so. They show up and do what I ask them to do. I am satisfied with the price.

I called chem dry for an estimate on my new house carpet cleaning, because I had used a sister company in another town and had a good experience with them. They quoted me a price on the phone of $300 based on my estimated square footage (2000 sq ft), but made me aware that this price could change slightly if measured square footage was different. Techs arrived promptly and were courteous, but tried to charge me upwards of $700, although the measured square footage was actually even slightly less than what I had estimated on the phone, without adequate explanation of the price difference. I was able to talk to someone at the main office and negotiate the price down to about $420, but I really felt like they tried to overcharge me. I was happy, however, with the work done. My carpets looked much better after, and I like that they are not so wet with the chem dry technique. Next go round I'll probably try a different company.
