Description of Work: Love my new windows! Just wish I could have afforded to have the whole house done. The installers showed up on time, it was done in no time. Aside from a few broken branches on bushes in the flower beds, everything was perfect. Can't wait 'til next year so that I can get the rest done.

Description of Work: We bought 5 windows from Champion to replace some that were bad. I thought they were a little pricey, but the samples that Greg showed us were very impressive. Measurements were taken yesterday, so we're about 4 weeks away from installation. If the rest of the process goes as well as the first two steps, I will be very pleased. But, really won't be able to tell until the windows are in and we see what happens with the utility bills. Hopefully all will be well and we can get the rest of the windows next year. So, that's why I gave a "B" rating at this point. Hopefully it will bounce up to an "A" when all is said and done.

Description of Work: It went ok, I am not impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Parts/pieces (trash) was left behind. The roof we had built does look nice. I am not sure they sealed the space between the gutter and the roof well enough, I may have to do that myself. The color seems to be holding but only time will tell on that. If I had to do another job like this I would go with them again as I don't know of anyone else that is as known for the type of work we had done. I simply expected a little "more" better, show up on time type of service. All was fine.... not great... but fine.
