Long delays.

Salesman punctual, measuring guy punctual, doors delivered/installed slightly earlier than promised, installers punctual. Doors are amazing and we do believe you get what you pay for.

The product was excellent and the prices were pretty good. They were punctual too.

Have had several large and pricey windows replaced by Champion. Recently had a sliding patio door replaced as well. Although I felt I paid a little more I am very happy with the door and the windows. The job was completed on time and everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. Will finish out the windows in my home with Champion.

We were told after the initial consultation install would be within 6-8 weeks it was week 8. The salesmanship is hokey, they quote you a price that is ridiculous but then they chop it down if you agree to put a sign in your yard installed by them twice a year for 30 days each, even that price is high, but we settled on it because all of the research I have done regarding window installers, they were as good if not better than anyone else researched. They made an appointment, came one hour early, but that was because I am right on a time zone line and the installers 0900 was my 0800, I didn't have a problem with that, but it is something they should consider in the future. It took them 3 hours to install my bay window, 3 hours to install the rest. Stupidly for me I never got a window by window breakdown of the cost, which might have changed my mind. I have no complaints whatsoever in the products installed, the crew who installed them and their quality of work, I had pets and a small child I had asked them to be aware of while coming in and out of the house and the installers were great about that. Cleaned up very well. So far I love the windows, and the installers. The price is a little bit excessive. If you are going to buy champion windows, get your salesman to break down every item such as window cost, installation, removal, etc. Don't let them sell you a package. It isn't winter yet so I don't know exactly how good they are, but I am sure that the installers, which in my case were outstanding didn't make any money the guys in sales and management did. I would use them again, but I would be smarter about it.

The salesman who came to give us an estimate was very cordial and polite He was extremely professional and let us know in detail about Champions doors and windows, how they would be installed, what to expect, and when to expect the door. He scheduled and appointment with the installer who was also very nice and very professional. In a few weeks the new door was installed. It look a lot like the door that was already there except it was made of metal and not plastic, had a four tumbler locking mechanism over one, darker window tinting to keep the sun rays from heating the house as well as more privacy. The door has kept the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter. We like it so mucb we are installing a new side door as well. In the future we will be upgrading windows too.

Champion Window of Evansville came out twice, once to do the windows and once to do the sliding door. The job went very well, they got here and put it in it's place in 1 hour, the doors are good quality, they were supposed to get the doors in 4-6 weeks and they got here early at 4 weeks. It was a good experience. They have been in service for a number of years, they have the highest quality and they are the best in the neighborhood.

On time, left no mess, very pleased with windows and service.

They did a good job. They came and put up framing and top glass. It took several days. They measured for bottom glass. They came back in a week to put it in. They cleaned up all of their mess.

David Knox was very good at explaining everything.

It went very well. Crew was skillful on time,polite and cleaned work site very well. Kept us informed throughout, including minor shipping delays champion rooms are pricey through an extravagance.

They've done a great job for me so far. I've had to do this in 3 phases, and the 3rd phase is getting ready to be finished. I was very pleased with the work. They took care of everything afterwards to where it was neat and clean.

As was my previous experience the install team was totally professional and demonstrated a high level of expertise. Dealing with an almost 100 year old house presents challenges not seen with newer construction. These guys took it all in stride. All work was completed on time and the new doors and window were of very highest quality. They were a huge improvement over what I had before. I have had only one follow up due to a small fitment issue with deadbolt on one of the doors. This repair was handled quickly and efficiently and the outcome fully met my expectations. The team was very thorough at cleanup....could hardly tell that they had been there except for the terrific new doors and window. Unlike many other window replacement firms, Champion is totally focused on customer satisfaction after the sale. They are not the cheapest solution available but they are simply the best at what they do!

They have always done really good work. The one thing that I like about it is that if something needs to be done they are out there right away to fix what needs to be done. We have been really please with them for several years. We almost have our entire house done. The windows are good at keeping the heat in the winter and keeping the air conditioning in the summer time. The windows they installed are very easy to clean.

It was fantastic. They gave me a very knowledgeable demonstration. Within a week of scheduling the appointment, I had all new windows. I have an older home so there was some restoration and additional work needed on the windows. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional. The work was actually done in one day. They got here at 7am and I didn't see them take a break the whole day. They were finally done at 4:30 p.m. It was quite impressive really.

We had wind damage to the front of our house in September of last year. We also had more damage from the ice storm in January. We called a lot of places and finally saw Champion advertised on TV. We called and they came out to complete an estimate. We told them to replace all of the damaged siding. We have a two story house so we knew that setting up the scafolding would be a challenge. We received the estimate. When we called to say we wanted to place the order they tried to change the amount. We told them that we would not pay more and left. They called us back and said that they would complete the work for the amount in the estimate. They came on a Saturday and completed the work. We had to leave while they were working. When we got home they were done. The work looked okay but we noticed that they missed a whole area. When we called to ask why the job was not complete they said the person who came out to do the estimate did not include the missed section. We were shocked and asked how he could have missed it. They did not respond and told us they would have to provide another estimate for that section. We agreed to the estimate (but told them we would not pay for the estimate) They came out to do the new estimate and it will cost another $1500.00 for about 12 feet of soffett and facing. They had complete 4 times that amount plus siding on the front of the house before. They said it was so much because of the time it will take to put up the scaffolding. The scaffolding was set up for the first job. We don't understand how the estimator missed this section. We will not have them do the work. I don't understand how a professional comes out to complete an estimate and misses a whole portion of the house. We told the estimator to look at the whole house. He walked completely around the house. It is a mistake on their part and they are unwilling to stand by their work. I cannot help but think that this is the way they do business in order to take advantage of customers and make more money.

Sales person who came to our house gave us the pressured sale, you get so many percentage off if you agree to the job right now and sign off. We were excited for the new siding as we were rebuilding a house and there were several sections of siding missing from new smaller windows we put in. There was a section that we were told they could not install siding as there was not enough room. There was enough room, they just didn't want to take the time to do all the cuts; so the ending up putting a piece of aluminum flashing on the side of the house under an eave. After installation I found that they did not do any sealing around the windows and had to go back myself to complete this. We were told for our pricing we had to leave a Champion sign in the front lawn for 30 days from the day they started. By this point we were upset with them regarding the area that they declined to put siding up on, and not sealing the trim around the windows, so at 30 days, I took the sign down. 2 days later they came by and put a new sign in which I promtly removed as well. We recently had a small fire which damaged several pieces of the siding. I had to wait 2 weeks before Champion called me back to find out if they could even get the same siding anymore. How do they have a lifetime limited warranty on the siding if they do not know if they can get it again a few years later?

We had them do an estimate. It was 13K for about 16 windows. Not horrible, but certainly not great. Their sales rep and tactics were not the most professional. They put down about every other company out there (by name) and told us how much better they were and why. This is fine, but don't drag others through the dirt while doing so...just unprofessional. After giving us the price and us telling him we had to think about it a few days, he immediately dropped the price by 2K if we could sign right there on the spot, which I find very interesting. Needless to say, we did not go with Champion.

I had several companies out to give me estimates for windows and siding. With my house being as old as it is, I also wanted insulation blown back into the walls from the outside so you couldn't see the holes once the new siding was up. This company was unwilling to do that or recommend someone to do it in conjunction with their install. The original pricing estimate was very high, but we were invited to the showroom to see how the windows work and where we would receive a special rate for "deciding right then there". I didn't care for this pressure sale tactic. I was serious about having the work done and wanted to know all the terms upfront. I am too busy to deal with going to different showrooms to get my "final price". I scheduled time in both mine and my wifes schedules to meet with a rep at home, where we hoped to have enough information to make a decision. Their product looked to be very nice, but they used subcontractors to install it. A combination of their higher prices and poor sales tactics helped me decide to take my business elsewhere.
