In May of this year I went to St.Vincent and DePaul Thrift Store to get assistance with getting a stove for my home. I went through their process and they ended up paying for me to get a working stove. Their regular "stove provider" was out of the particular stove I was in need for so they were reffered to C&D appliances. Around mid may we recieved a stove and after it was connected it didnt work!! So doing what any person would do we called C&D back. They said they would be out in a reasonable time to replace the stove. Days turned in to weeks and with every phone call came a new excuse. They went as far as saying they had a death in the family. When we became a little less calm about it they said they would be out that monday. A week later they brought another stove and guess what IT DOESNT WORK!! SO this is 3 months without a working stove! I think they are taking advantage of St. Vincent Depaul and the needy people they assist. We have ran out of options and need help!
Description of Work: They brought us 2 stoves that dont work.
