The receptionist was professional, caring and helpful. They were able to send a plumber out the same day. The plumber, Bob Corn, was very professional and fully explained my options for the outside faucet. I was satisfied with the quality of work and the faucet. While he was here, we discussed a couple of problems I was having with my sump pump. He understood my concerns, quoted me a price for a solution, and had the parts on his truck already, so he fixed it that day. The fix was better than I could have imagined. I am extremely pleased with the service, and I plan to use Bud's Plumbing again for other problems.

Perfect, they did what they said they would do, for the price they estimated and in a timely workmanlike manner. You will not regret hiring them.

Bud's guy came in and knew immediately what needed to be done, had an estimate ready, and got to work promptly. :)!! They were here when they said they would be, the cost was exactly what they said it would be, and they were happy to explain to me how to use my heating system in terms that I understand. I had been using an electric back-up for the past 12 years. I am finally warm and best of all the system now heats my home for about half the cost of the electric I had been using. They also did a small plumbing job while here and true to their word everything was great! I have finally found a plumbing company that I can trust and will never call anyone else!

Our toilet broke and we had to get a new one. We could not install it ourserves because of the way the plumbing was installed in out house when we had it built. We called Bud's Plumbing and he came out the next day. He had to jack-hammer the flange that was concreted in our floor in order to replace the pipe and flange. He was very professional. We will use him all the time. We have used Bud's Plumbing in the past and will recommend hiim highly.

Overall, I was please with the service. I know I could not have done the work after I saw everything that was involved in the process and was happy with the price because I didn't have to do anything but watch. The plummer took old pipe out with care and mopped the floor the first round and all basic clean up. The only reason I put a "N/A" on the quality list is because it is hard to determine quality this soon in the process after the install of the new pipe and joint. It looks to be a good professional job but with all things a little time will tell.

We were looking up at our living room ceiling about 4:30 pm on a Friday night and noticed water leaking from it. We didn't know who to call so just grabbed the phone book and dialed Bud's Plumbing. We had two of the nicest men show up within 30 minutes. They proceeded to knock a hole in our ceiling and pulled out the molded section. Our upstair's bathroom shower had been leaking for some time. They repaired our leak and gave us the name of a mold removing service. We were so pleased to have such efficient work so late in a Friday afternoon.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. They knocked on my door and I answered, per usual. They came in, were pretty polite, got the job done, it was a pretty lengthy job and it took them a while, maybe longer than I thought it should, but nonetheless, the job got done. I haven't had problems with my plumbing, well, at least not what they fixed and most likely, if I have another major plumbing problem, I will ask them back.
