It went fine overall...he was extremely friendly and professional, and I was very grateful that there was no charge for him coming to my house.

It went well. They were in and out. Cleaned up after. I was real happy with it.

I have always been pleased with work from Bud's. The same plumber came again. He is familiar with my house. The line was replaced quickly. He suggested to cap the gas line to outdoors since it is not used.

The price included all labor and the cost of the water heater (which was less expensive than the ones I had priced at various big box stores). I had to replace the old water heater and knew this when I purchased the house (at the end of January). I wanted the tankless water heater so I was utterly excited about that. Bob, the plumber came in two days prior and gave me an estimate. The price was exactly to the estimate and did not cost me any more. The service was quick and accomplished in about four hours. I don't know how long it should have taken, so it seemed very quick to me.

The plumber arrived as scheduled. I told him what I wanted. He reviewed the area. He prepared a quote We discussed the quote and agreed upon the price. The work was performed as specified. He presented a bill I paid the plumber He left The individual was very professional.

The Technician was working on the sump system at my across the street neighbor's house. I approached him and asked what it would take to replace the water faucet at my house. He gave me an "off the cuff" estimate and explained what was needed to perform the job, but told me I had to get a firm estimate and appointment from the home office. He would have come over to my house then, but he had an all day job at my neighbor's house. I called the home office and made an appointment for the next day and their estimate was close to what the Technician told me. The same Technician showed up on time the next day and performed the repair to my satisfaction.

I called Bud's Plumbing 10:30 AM and they said they would send someone out today. We never heard anything from them, so I called them back at 2:30 and asked what time they were going to be here. The woman I spoke with said that we were the next customers in line and they would have someone out soon. Then at 4:45 they called my husband and told him that they were not going to be able to make it out today. At that point my husband explained that we had been waiting all day and it is an emergency. She said they could still send someone out today but it would cost us time and a half. She was also very rude to me and my husband and said there was nothing she could do about us waiting all day for them. We then had to call another company, but since it was already after 5:00 it would still cost us time and a half. We now have to wait until tomorrow.

We were very pleased with the work done. We had a leak in the bathroom sink the required some of the plumbing in the wall to be replaced. Our plumber (Eric) was very friendly and a fast worker. H explained all that he would do and ran through the estimate of the cost for the work. He made sure I was ok with his plan before starting the work. He worked great and it was important to him that we were satisfied with the work. He cleaned up everything and was very professional.

Two employees came to house at time expected. Both professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They got right to work and quickly ascertained what needed to be done to correct issues. Toilet and sink in bathroom fixed thankfully in a very short amount of time!

I had used Bud's Plumbing for years for plumbing issues and always thought they were somewhat high although they provided excellent service. I was in need of a boiler and I found them as providers of boilers on Angie's List. I called them along with two other providers and got estimates. Bud's estimate was slightly lower (about $150) for a more efficient boiler (98% vs. 94%). I called with questions about the boiler. Mark Corn was out that day, home sick, I later found out. However, he called me back within a few minutes and satisfactorily answered all my questions. I never felt that he was trying to "sell" me, but that he was being straightforward in assessing my needs. When he came to estimate the job he asked questions the other providers didn't. After discussing financing options with my bank, I contacted Mark again with the go ahead. He understood I was without heat in December and had his crew of two there within 48 hours. (He could have been there the next day but I had to arrange for time off from work.) They worked steadily and removed the old boiler completely and then installed the new boiler as well as venting out the basement wall. When they were done, they had cleaned up the mess so well that the basement room when the boiler was located was cleaner than when they arrived. I was given a brief overview of the system, although it requires very little from me. The service technicians were extremely courteous and professional. Other than having to shell out the thousands of dollars, (ouch!) the entire experience was about as painless as you can get. I give Bud's high marks in this department.

Rebecca came in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. She was at the house when promised, covered her boots to protect my floors, and was polite and professional.

They performed work at my previous home. It was an emergency call and they came right out. They installed a new sub pump. They also took out the old one. I thought their price was a little high, but it was an emergency call. I would use them again in the future.

The representative from Bud's Plumbing arrived as scheduled. The representative and I toured our home and my needs were discussed. He prepared a quote on the spot. I agreed and he began the work. The work was completed in about three hours. When completed we again toured the areas where work was done. The areas were clean and neat. I paid the plumber and he then left. A representative from Bud's plumbing called to follow up on the work in approx. one weeks time. I was pleases with the professionalism, price and quality. I will use this company again for future plumbing needs.

They are wonderful and I had to pay for him to come to check my water heater. He said that he wouldn't have to check on it for another two years, it’s a brand new water heater. I would absolutely use them again as they are the only ones I call.

They are on Angie's List. They were very polite and professional. I would use them again.

Mark arrived as scheduled for estimate - very pleasant and informative. Set up appointment for installation one week later. Two men arrived one week later as scheduled and completed job in one day. There was a minor flaw noticed the next day and Bud's was called. We were told someone would be out the next morning. As promised, the next morning, everything was taken care of. This was a very good experience and there are no complaints - we will be using this company again in the future.

I found Jon to be very professional at his work and did think he was thorough at explaining the whole process, what they were doing.

They do a perfect job. They didn't take as long as they said which was very nice. Saving me time and money.

We called several plumbers in the phone book and then called Bud's. They came as soon as they could (in two days' everyone else was two weeks.) When Stacey got here he wa professional, on time, and very nice to deal with. He explained what was wrong, told us the price and how long it would take. When he was done we thought he was going to clean the whole bathroom! I will never all another plumber. Weareso glad to find a business that treats us like a person and not a bill!

Overall great experience....would recommend them to anyone.

My washer empties into a lift station which is operated with a motor piggy-backed with a switch. This particular day I found water and soap suds flowing from the lift station. Obviously the motor had not kicked on. The recepticle where the motor was plugged in was working and the lift station again overflowed when I filled and emptied the washer, so I called Bud's Plumbing. First the technician plugged in only the motor. It kicked on and successfully emptied the tank. To test the switch he filled the washer and piggybacked the plugs of the motor and switch. It successfully kicked on and emptied the tank. Because the top of the tank is sealed, he could not see specifically what was going on, but because the motor was now kicking on, he theorized that the level indicator had gotten stuck and that engaging the motor had corrected that. He emptied and refilled the washer several times and each time it worked fine. At first, when it appeared that I really did have a problem, the tech gave me three different alternatives of repair and associated costs to each. When the tests indicated there was not an immediate need for repair, he left the estimates with me and even though I'm living on borrowed time with the age of this motor, there was no pressure for me to replace it. I asked how much I owed for the service call and he said nothing -- since he did not repair anything it was considered a "Courtesy Inspection." ! The technician was knowledgable, prompt and very courteous.
