The serviceman was excellent!!! Very friendly and professional. He kept us aware of what he was going to do and how much it would cost before he moved forward. I would recommend to everyone.

It was fine. It was just one fellow and he was good. He was prompt on arrival and prompt on getting it done.

They were fast and professional. If you think thier prices are high you havent tried any of thier competitors lately.

Great service, but proceed with caution. Our first water bill after we purchased our new house was for 500+ dollars (about 10 times what we normally use in a month). We immediately called Bud's to inspect for any leaks that might have contributed to that ridiculous bill. They were able to have two technicians come out that day, which was great. They arrived on time and were polite. After inspecting the whole house, we could only find a few poorly-adjusted toilet floats. They were kind enough to adjust those (just a few second fix) without any charge. They suggested that our two toilets were likely culprits. They quoted approximately $200/toilet to replace the internal components of the toilet and the hose going from the wall to the toilet, or a bit more to install brand new toilets. Since I could buy a brand new mid-level toilet and install it myself for the quoted price, and it still seemed unlikely to me that the toilet floats could cause 10 times our normal water usage, I declined their offer. I never did see or hear any water trickling in due to the float, even before they adjusted it. I kept a close eye on our water meter for the next few days and verified that there was no water flowing when we were not intentionally using any (something that in retrospect, I'm surprised their technicians didn't do). Our next water bill was average, and to this day, I suspect our first bill was due to some sort of fishy estimation on the part of the water utility. All in all, the Bud's technicians were prompt and polite, but I felt like they were trying to push me into a service that I didn't at all need. I'm glad I didn't spend the $400 for a service that wouldn't have done anything to help me. My advice would be to proceed with caution when working with them. Use your common sense before agreeing to anything just because it was recommended.

He came out and did it right away. Everything with them was excellent. He was on time and was reasonable. They give fair prices and I would use them again. They are probably the best Angie’s List find for me.

Was available the same day I called and stayed late into the evening until the problem was solved. As it turned out, the city had accidentally grouted over our tap at the manhole and the gentlemen from Bud's worked closely with the city employee to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them.

The gentleman wore foot covers and cleaned up everything before he left. He ended up fixing the sink facet, cleaned out the pipes in the kitchen, fixed a slow sink in our guest bathroom and reviewed all water pipes under the house. He was at our home for about 3 hours. Very nice man, very good work and we could not tell he was even there after the work was complete. I will certainly call Bud's again and HIGHLY recommend them.

I didn't have a great experience with them to be honest. They were talking about opening the wall and doing this and that. They didn't charge me. They just came in and gave me an estimate. I called them and told them we got the faucet for the bath shower. I have a problem with the water, it was very slow and they came and looked in the bathroom and said we have to go from here for your shower and open this and open that. Then they were going over $2000. I said what if we don't do this and just do just the basic. They said $1700 something. I said I can't afford it. I didn't think it was going to cost that much. We fixed it with $17 and some change. That really made me mad because they kept calling and saying that we can do this and we can do that. They normally have good technicians but I didn't. They were really nice. Everything was really good except the price. The good thing was that my brother was here with me. I just was hoping that they would say okay if we do it this way then you don't have to spend that much money. They were really, really nice. It was just the price they gave me. There was nothing wrong with the professionalism or anything.

I love the company and Blake, the person who comes to my home. They are very professional and polite. I like the fact that they are not obnoxious or pushy. They give you the price before they do anything. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is good. Further, the put a 1 year warranty on all parts and work.

I called Bud's for a quote to fix a bathtub drain. The serviceman quoted me $658. I called Hoffman Plumbing and got a quote for $330. Bud's said it would take 2 men 3 hours to fix the problem. Hoffman was able to fix the problem in less than 1 hour with 1 man. The serviceman left for over an hour to get supplies even though he said that the service would not be able to be started for 4 days because he needed 2 men. I was paying someone to meet the serviceman at my house, as I had to work, so I incurred additional expense as she had to wait for him to return. When the serviceman finally returned, he left the supplies at my house ????. When I decided to go with Hoffman, I called and the receptionist told me kindly to place the supplies on the porch and someone would pick them up. After 2 weeks, I called to make sure someone was going to pick up the supplies as I did not want them to be stolen and the the other receptionist was rude. Hoffman Plumbing saw the supplies and stated that the supplies on the porch were not the correct parts to correct my plumbing issue. Overall it was a bad experience.

My daughter had flushed a toilet paper holder down the toilet and it was stuck. The plumbers showed up on time and were professional. I was quoted 200 if they could fix it and 300 if they had to take the toilet off to get it out. This was VERY high, but I told them to proceed. 10 minutes later they had the toilet off and said I would need a new toilet as they couldn't get the toilet paper holder out. They quoted me $800 for a new toilet that I can buy at lowes for $200. I. Asked them how much for them to leave and was told 146. I paid them cash. When they let, I had the toilet paper holder out of the toilet and it was remounted.....it took me less than 5 minutes to fix it. Complete rip off and I am sure there are people who wouldn't have known any better and would have paid them for the new toilet. Absolutely a rip off, unscrupulous, and down right deceptive. I paid them 146 to spend 10 minutes taking a toilet off and leave it in the floor. Reflecting on this, I should have told them to bill me and refused to pay. Absolute worst contractor experience be ever had. There is no way I would use them again and I would STRONGLY recommend anyone against them.

I dont remember much about this service call excepy we had water backing up our drain. Ii remember them being expensive but able to get here quickly.

It went well aside from the fact that the receptionist was quite rude when I called back wanting a time of when they would be here. They preformed the service in a timely manner though but they were smoking while doing so.

Excellent service! Very professionall and pleasant.

Tried to replace a shut off valve and the extension that was attached broke off inside the 90. Called Bud's on a Saturday and had a plumber out approx 3 hours later. Plumber was very professional and fixed the issue pretty quickly. $59 trip charge for a weekend call which didn't seem too unreasonable. Thought the price overall was fair, will definitely call Bud's for my next plumbing issue.

They were the highest. The interactions were fine. I got 3 different quotes and I had a lower quote that was actually going to do more and the other person seemed a little bit more knowledgeable. Bud's was fine and they were very professional and it seemed like a reasonable quote. I would use them if the price is right.

Fair job overall but price was rediculous. This was further compounded by an estimate from the same company for the replacement of an exterior spigot for $490.00. Other estimates were in the $150.00 to $175.00 range.

the team was very prompt, after finding the source of our leak the technician explained fully to my husband exactly what was needed and how they would repair and clean up debris We felt the price was a little high but everything is too high now We hope to not need to call for their service again but would definitely use this team again

Bud's Plumbing Service Inc were good. They were in and out in 45 minutes.

The job went okay but it cost more than what we thought it was.

They are very good and very reliable. They are usually expensive but they are people that you'll pay for it but they'll do it right. You get what you pay for. I like that they could cover an emergency and do it promptly and accurately.
