Description of Work: Resolved improper installation issue with Carrier central air conditioning unit. The local installer in Owensboro, Kentucky could not find the problem with their installation procedures on two trips for which they charged service charges. After the third attempt, I contacted the regional representative for Carrier Corporation and he referred me to Brian Schmitt Heating and Cooling in Henderson, Ky.

+ -1 moreThey do a very nice job. I have had them out on multiple times. I don't honestly know as to what they did but they fixed it. They are very clean. They are always very careful to leave the house in a nice shape and not track in anything. They always work quickly. We have always been very happy with them.
Description of Work: I used the services of Brian Schmitt Heating and Cooling on the 18th of November 2011. Our air handler was working but we did not have the heat coming out of our central air. It was just cool air and they fixed it.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time on day of replacement. The Job turned out to be more involved than the estimate had called for. They replacement took two days (quoted one day of labor), and they honored the estimate that they gave me. The service techs treated my home like they would treat their own home. They were very friendly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I had a very old furnace in need of 500.00 dollars in repairs. Schmitt came and serviced my old furnace and provided me several options on replacement. The estimate I received was almost dead on.
