We have used them for years. He did a thorough job. It was cheaper to go through Angie's list, for the service. very pleased with their work.

The office was RUDE to my 94 year old mother. I am not working due to an illness and had not been paid for six months of work when the company still had a contract. We had no heat and had a service agreement to discount services. I think if a firm has coupons and advertisement it has to recover the cost.

Perfect. Had to remove old unit and replace with propane furnace and new ac. One day to do everything, take away old everything. Works perfectly, not the smallest scrap left behind. Very professional. Most pleased

This was minor maintenance they did fine. They were on time. We've been using them for a couple years now.

Technician assessed the problem quickly as a total failure of the unit, and determined it needed to be replaced. I was not convinced.

I have been using them for 25 years. I have always been satisfied with them. They are very reliable. Their prices are always decent.

It all went well the serviceman was prompt and courteous. My only complaint is that he left one of my gates open which could have caused an issue had I not noticed it and let my dog out. Other than that it was a good experience.

Not complete. Told us that it will take over two weeks to get the part.

Everything went well. Technician arrived earlier than planned and he quickly found the problem and gave me the options yo fix it.

We like them. They're a little high. They did a good job putting a bid. They tried to sell us some plan where they would come out every year and we would have to pay a yearly fee. We didn't want that. They were kind of pushy about it.

Checked unit and thought the problem was the ECM motor. This took 1 hour and 45 minutes to decide. He charged a $69 diagnostic fee (later, the company said this was just the fee to get him to my house). Then the labor fee was $140. He suggested that I should consider a new unit and gave me pricing for a new a/c. The ECM would be $1300. If I chose the new a/c he would take off $250 service fee. I had had my a/c 6 month checkup by Brackett on June 24 and they found no problems. After he left, I called another A/C company for a second opinion. They only charge a fee to diagnose the problem. After checking thoroughly, the other technician determined the problem and fixed it. It was NOT the ECM motor. So while I saved $1300 for a new ECM, I am still out the $209 plus I prepaid $300 for the spring and fall checkups. They will not refund half of the money I paid in advance for the checkups. I don't want to use them again, but if I don't use them in the fall for the checkup, I'm out another $150.

My call was made late in the day ahead of a holiday weekend. Carla expedited my call and Andy provided great service and good advice. They could have let me wait for service through the holidays (and I was okay with that), but they decided to come out an assure I had a cool weekend! Outstanding.

Scheduling an appointment with them was fine. He was on time. Their service was fine but they were not cheap.

This man was earlier than had planned. (Between 12 and 4). He came about 11:45. He was so super nice and very fast. He got me out of the heat quickly. We have found a new HVAC company.

Called and talked to Bryce Brackett and discussed needs on a new home heating/cooling system. Emailed the blueprints to him after talking over everything and never got a single response back from them. I guess they didn't need the business. Oh well, gave the 3600 sq ft, 2 unit system to someone else and couldn't be any happier with the service, equipment, and price I'm getting.

We really like them. Their service people do a great job. They are quick to come out when you call them for a service call. We thought that they were very competitive in their pricing.

Great job! Very efficient and professional. Saved us $1000s with the paperwork for the various rebates and tax credits. Sent several installers so work went quickly.

They responded quickly and the work was very good. My daughter was there for the work. She was very thankful that they were able diagnose and repair the unit right away.

Matt and (I believe) Greg installed all the needed pipes to vent my new kitchen hood up through cabinet, into ceiling, attic, and out through back roof with a roof jack I provided. They also insulated all of the pipe and performed all needed weather proofing. They showed up right way in morning and started right in. They did a great job setting it all up and cleaning along the way as well. The cost of this project was half labor and half materials. There were some mix ups at first in getting the visit scheduled for an estimate and also in retrieving the quote later but I still believe they did everything in good faith and were real pros at this overall. After all I actually was working with a completely different company to start with and Brackett got the job as I continually had trouble getting my initial choice to respond much at all. I will definitely consider Brackett again in the future now.

Brackett has always been professional, courteous, punctual and fair in all our dealings with them. They show up when they say they will and work until you are satisfied. I have used other companies in the past and have not been as happy with the service as I have been with Brackett. Their prices are comparable, if not even a bit lower than the competition and the product is good.

Everything went very well. Two men arrived at 8:30 am to begin replace a twenty year old furnance AC unity. They were informed by the sales rep on what was to be done and I explained what obsticles they may encounter under the house. The old unit had a bad A coil and was leaking water into a closet behind the furnance/AC and damaged the floor. Since the floor had to be replaced, I allowed them to cut a hole in the floor to get better access to the crawl space. There was a lot to be done to put the new system to proper code. The gas line had to be replaced, new drain line, inspect and replace any bad 6" ducts under the house. With so much work the crew of two increased to five by the end of the day to make sure the job got done right and on time. Without going into further detils of the work that had to be done I can't say enough for the people who work for Brackett. They are exceptional, experienced, curtious and very proffesional. I will recommend Brackett to anyone. They are a top knotch company.
