Description of Work: I went to their store, and picked out tile and grout for a master bath floor. I was told their installer would call and make an appointment to measure the bathroom. Their installer called a few days later, and told me he would be by on a given Friday to take measurements and work up an estimate. He never showed, never called and Benny's never followed up. I went with another store.
