They are very reliable. They tell you exactly what's involved with the job. They always send out the appropriate number of workers to get it done in a timely fashion. They do excellent work. I never hesitate to call them because they are very honest.

Contractor brought local window company representative to the house to help give estimate for work. Scheduled work in December so they were very respectful and mindful of heat loss in the house. I guess we had a miscommunication b/c the whole point of the windows needing replacement was trim work on inside was showing damage from leaks. Thought all that would be replaced. They literally used a reciprocating saw to remove windows. It gouged the window frame on several windows and even loosened the mitered corners on the trim on the inside. I pointed it out and they just touched up the caulk and paint. Gouge marks were filled with caulk, not wood putty and not replaced, then touched up the paint which of course didn't match the 7 year old paint that was already there. Back deck door was ordered wrong and b/c it was installed while I was at work, my husband didn't notice it until I got home and pointed it out. Everyone tried to convince me to just leave it, but no one realized it was opening the wrong direction. I stood my ground and had it replaced. Because of the deck door, the job dragged on for over 2 months. But in the end it was finished and under budget and I was supplied with a final invoice that I could use for a tax deduction. Now, 15 months later, 2 windows are showing signs of leaking. Here we go again...

We were satisfied. I think they subcontracted the roofing. We did have a leak around one of the pipes around the roof. They came out and worked on it for about two hours and since then it hasn't rained. The last time it rained it leaked in two spots and I tried to figure out where it was leaking, but to no avail. So, that is unresolved. They poured water on the roof for two hours and it wouldn't leak. So, I'm not sure if it's fixed yet or not. I was satisfied with their responsiveness. Everything else was fine.

They had to take the trim off to do the job. They have done various remodeling jobs for us over the years. They have always done excellent work for us except when we needed to have a new roof put on. That turned out to be a really bad experience. However, they were very apologetic about it, and they did their best to rectify it.
