+ -1 moreThis company is beyond great! The service technician was professional and courteous. The service I received was prompt and thorough. The computer was taken off-site for repair when it was determined that it needed more tests than could be done at my home.
Description of Work: Diagnosis and repair of computer problem. Performed tests to determine why the video was not displaying. Determined the cause of failure, repaired, and returned the computer.
