 + 0 moreOur house is older, and they specialize in older homes. They did a good job. The scheduling was a little difficulty, since they are so busy. The repair went well. Their office staff was good at corresponding with calls and emails. It was difficult to arrange to have the work done, though.
Description of Work: Mike replaced a lower back roof to our house.

 + -1 moreHe's a consummate professional, has good quality employees, is easy to work with, and has a good depth of knowledge. He has an excellent reputation in the community, is creative and has a practical eye on the bottom line. He has overall best practices and excellent end products. We absolutely would contact him again if we needed him for a job.
Description of Work: We last used Architctural Renovators about five years ago, but I know many people who have used them over the last twenty years. He specializes in historical renovation and remodeling. He loaned us some equipment to do our renovation work. I had him do work on projects that I was associated with, such as renovating historic homes, and doing construction renovation in commercial buildings. I've been around his work for thirty years.
